CORNERSTONE KIDS
If you have kids, we have you covered! Our children’s ministry exists to equip kids to know, grow, and show the love of Jesus Christ. We provide Sunday school year round for nursery through high school. On Wednesdays during the school year, you don't want to miss AWANA and youth group with fun and exciting games as well as Bible lessons. (See the AWANA tab for more information.) In the summer, check out High Power Soccer – our week-long soccer training with exciting Biblical teachings.
CHILDREN’S SUNDAY SCHOOL
We are thrilled to offer Sunday school classes that your children will learn from and also enjoy. Send your child to Sunday school each Sunday from 9:00-10:00 at Cornerstone and expect them to come out excited!
We have several age levels: 3 year olds-Kindergarten, 1st-3rd grade, 4th-6th grade, 7th-8th grade and High School. In each classroom, our dedicated teachers use age-appropriate curriculum (currently using the Answers Bible Curriculum) and hands-on learning to help your child experience and remember important Biblical truths. Although we do not offer nursery care during Sunday school, the nursery is available for parents to utilize with their younger kids. During the summer months, we combine 3 years old-6th grade and 7th-12th grade and do a little different studies.
NURSERY
Nursery is available during the worship service each Sunday beginning at 10:00 a.m. for infants- 4 year olds. Each nursery worker that is 18 years of age and older has undergone a criminal background check with the State of Iowa before being able to serve. Let us serve you with a safe, loving environment for your young ones during the service.
